Procedure to apply Genuineness for PhD


As per the direction of the Registrar, Anna University (Lr.No.037/AU/CA/2020) the Chairmen/Principals of all affiliated colleges seeking Genuineness certificate of PhD Degree of their employees from concerned Universities are requested to follow the instructions for online verification process.

DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO APPLY.

Click Signup

Step1: Enter Principal or Administrative email id. (Official email only). Step2: Select Option [Company / Consultancy / Embassy / Colleges]. Step3: Choose Universities within India.

Step4: Mention College Address like [The principal or concerned authorities, college name, address].

Step5: Login then Choose [Apply] tab fill candidate’s details and upload degree certificate PDF file and upload copy of the letter received from Registrar Anna University.

Step6: Pay the amount through online.

Step7: Get acknowledgement copy in the [Applied Status] tab.

 

 

NOTE :

v    Individuals seeking verification of certificate are not entertained.
