Anna University Distance Education - Notification for Payment of Examination Fees (August / September - 2021)
NOTIFICATION FOR PAYMENT OF EXAMINATION FEES (AUG. / SEP. 2021)
P.G. (DISTANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMMES) ,ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI – 25,
The P.G. examinations for Distance Education Programmes are scheduled in
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER – 2021 (AUGUST / SEPTEMBER – 2021 Examinations).
Students are requested to view the Examination Application Pre-view form and
take Print out from Student Login in coe1.annauniv.edu from 14-12-2021onwards and
pay the examination fee in the form of demand draft obtained on or before 24.12.2021
to the respective Study Centre Coordinator.
Students who belong to non functioning Study Centres of Anna University,
Chennai are requested to pay their Examination Fees to the Study Centre Coordinator
as listed in the annexure I.
The last date for payment of Examination Fees by the students to the Study
Centre is 24-12-2021.
NOTE: - Candidates are advised to read carefully all the instructions and
refer Annexure I before Registration.
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
The Distance Education Examination Application Pre-view form for the End
Semester November / December 2021 (Aug. / Sep. – 2021 Examinations) (I, II, III, IV,
V,VI & arrears) for P.G. to be downloaded from student login in coe1.annauniv.edu for
necessary verification and payment of fees for registration. Make necessary
modifications in the application, if any.
• Name & Code specifies the Name of the Study Centre. Examination
Centre will be intimated later when Hall Tickets are issued.
• Candidates must register for all the current and arrear subjects (if any).
Partial registration is not permitted.
• If there is any change in the address for communication, such
candidates must provide the address in the “Present Address” column
of the application form. Others may leave the “Present Address “column
as blank.
• Examination Fees:
For M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Sc., the fee for a theory / practical examination is `.450/-
and for the project work it is `.600/-. In addition to the examination fees, M.B.A.
& M.Sc. candidates of IV Semester, M.C.A. candidates of VI Semester (Final
Semester) candidates have to pay a sum of `.1000/- towards issue of
Consolidated Statement of Marks, Provisional Certificates and Degree
Certificate. These Certificates will be issued as and when the candidate
qualifies for the Degree.
• If any eligible candidate has not received the printed application such
candidate can register for both the current and the previous semester
arrear subjects after consulting with the coordinator of the respective
study centre.
The examination fees in the form of a “DEMAND DRAFT (with CTS – Cheque
Truncation System)” (payable at Chennai) drawn in favour of “THE CONTROLLER
OF EXAMINATIONS (DISTANCE EDUCATION), ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI–25”
and dated not earlier than 14.12.2021 should be submitted to the Coordinator of the
respective Study Centre on or before 24.12.2021 for registration.
• For any clarification in registration of arrear subjects/ preview the candidates
are requested to contact Office of Controller of Examinations, Distance
Education, Anna University, Chennai – 25. (Ph. No. – 044 22357248 / 7300).
* The payment of Examination fees after the due date will not be accepted.
